The problem this solves

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Grok answer thousands of hospitality questions a day. They invent rooms that don't exist, misquote cancellation policies, confuse one resort with another, and cite hotels for amenities they don't have. Travelers act on the answers. Operators have no recourse.

Geocast is the citable source-of-truth that fixes that. We archive the property's authoritative website, extract structured facts with audit-traceable byte offsets, and publish a verified-fact page that AI agents cite and human readers can read.

How it works

Deep-crawl mirror. Every page on the operator's domain is captured in full, including PDFs, JSON menus, structured-data blocks and sitemaps. No subsampling. No caps on page count or depth.
Verified extraction. Policies, rates, amenities, restaurants, hours and contact details are pulled from the archive with substring matches anchored to specific byte ranges. Every persisted fact carries a citation pointing back to the operator's own page.
Audit replay. A second pass replays every stored fact against the archive byte-for-byte. Failures are downgraded automatically. We never publish what we can't source.
Published as a citable page. Each property gets a hotels.geocast.ai/<slug> page that renders the verified facts visibly for humans and embeds JSON-LD + Link headers for AI. Per-property variants at /<slug>/llms.txt and /<slug>/agent.json.
Continuous freshness. We re-crawl weekly and diff structured facts (not raw HTML). Operators can trigger an immediate re-scan when they publish a policy update.
